Next, we apply an enzyme-based pre-treatment to break down those stubborn urine salts that cause lingering odors. This ensures the smell is completely removed, not just masked.
Next, we gently wash the rug based on its material, ensuring we don’t harm its fibers. After that, we do a deep rinse to get rid of all the urine, bacteria, and allergens trapped inside.Once that’s done, we apply a deodorizer to eliminate any remaining smells—nothing is just masked, it’s truly gone.
We then dry your rug in a controlled environment to prevent mildew or damage. Before we return your rug, we do a final inspection to make sure everything is perfect.
